Quercus, the restaurant with à la carte menu, located in Tenuta de l’Annunziata, offers a unique gastronomic experience, under the supervision of our Gastronomy Director Domenico Ruberto and with the collaboration of the Chef Mauricio Texeira.
Our culinary proposal is based on classic and mediterranean cuisine, faithfully respecting tradition. To preserve our values and offer you a touch of spectacularity, we have introduced some direct service preparations at the table, including flambé.
We have the privilege, in fact, to be able to rely on the highest quality raw materials that come from our lands and from our sustainable farms where animal welfare is very important.
Every ingredient used by our Chef is carefully selected and respected because preserve the genuineness of the flavours.
