Our holiday farm

It is our beating heart, from which everything begins, the origin of our philosophy, of our products, of our flavours, of our scents to be sought in the air and in everyday tastes.

Livestock

In Colverde, Bregnano and Appiano Gentile, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, brood cows of the Piedmontese cattle in continuous breeding (for best quality meat) are reared in the wild, while chickens, capons, hens, guinea fowls, rabbits, geese, ducks and quails are reared free-range and fed with chicory and corn, according to tradition.

Crops

Crops

Still in Bregnano, 5000 square metres of land are used for cultivation of small fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries), the ingredients of our jams and digestifs, as well as to grow vegetables, walnut and hazelnut trees.

Located in Colli Piacentini, 2 hectares of vineyards allow our wine production:
